Supply of Sports Gears and Printing of Promotional Material for Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board

The Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board invites eligible government contractors and firms to submit bids for the procurement of essential items required for its operations in Gilgit. Bid security is mandatory: Rs. 0.5 million for sports gears (Lot-A) and Rs. 0.1 million for printing (Lot-B) in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of the Director GB Sports Board. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 50 confirming they are not blacklisted by any government or Sami government organization or PPRA. Rates for sports gears will be decided on an item bid basis, while printing rates will be on a lot basis with reasonable market rates expected. All offered rates must include government taxes and foreign charges if applicable and be submitted in the prescribed tender document format. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will not be entertained. No advance payments are allowed.
