RE-Tender for Supply of Staff Uniform including Stitching & Shoes

The NFC Institute of Engineering & Technology, Multan, invites bids for the RE-Tender for Supply of Staff Uniform including Stitching & Shoes. This procurement is specifically for the supply of cloth for Shalwar & Kameez suits with stitching and black shoes for staff use. Items being procured: - Cloth for Shalwar & Kameez suits with stitching (214 Suits) - Black Shoes (107 Nos.) The scope includes providing quality cloth material suitable for staff uniforms along with professional stitching services. Additionally, black shoes matching the uniform requirements are to be supplied. Vendors must ensure compliance with the specifications and timely delivery to the NFC Institute of Engineering & Technology located on Khanewal Road, Multan. Interested service providers and vendors are required to participate through the EPADS e-procurement system and submit Earnest Money along with samples and an original affidavit to the Director Purchase Office. Bid security in the form of a Bank Draft favoring NFC Institute of Engineering & Technology, Multan, must be submitted physically before the closing date and time. Soft copies sent via WhatsApp or email will not be accepted. Tender documents can be downloaded from EPAD 2.0 portal. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per policy. The tender closing date and time is 28-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with the tender opening scheduled for 28-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bidders are advised to prepare their submissions carefully and ensure all required documents and samples are provided to avoid disqualification.
