Supply of Standard Furniture for NBP Sehwan Branch (0010) Larkana Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the supply of standard furniture for its Sehwan Branch (0010) located in the Larkana region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip the branch with high-quality furniture meeting specified technical standards. Items being procured: - Branch Manager Table (2 units) - Credenza for Manager (2 units) - Officer Table (3 units) - CPU Trolley (5 units) - Officer/Teller Counter/Reception Revolving Chair (12 units) - Officer Visitor Chair (3 units) - Officer Revolving Chair (High Back) (2 units) - Manager Visitor's Chair (4 units) - Waiting Bench Three Seat (4 units) - Two Seat Sofa (1 unit) - Center Table (3 units) - Side Table (5 units) - Writing Desk (1 unit) The furniture includes items made from chipboard/MDF with oak veneer, solid seasoned oak wood, and steel frames with powder coating. Chairs are of Master make with imported materials and adjustable features. All items are to be delivered within 60 days at the Larkana region site. Bidders must be registered and eligible as per the criteria including FBR registration, Sindh Revenue Board tax compliance, and must provide proof of three similar contracts worth at least Rs. 2 million each in the last three years. Presence of an office setup in Karachi for after-sales service is mandatory. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal before the deadline of Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 12:00 PM through EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
