Supply of Stationary and Computer Stationary Items for Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools

The Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools (BECS), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad, invites proposals under a Framework Agreement for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the supply of stationary and other miscellaneous computer stationary (toners) items. Interested suppliers, firms, and vendors registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), having relevant experience, and registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments with active taxpayer status (ATL) of FBR, stationed at Islamabad or Rawalpindi, are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Stationary items - Miscellaneous computer stationary (toners) items Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to Rs. 200,000/- in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the DDO, Directorate General of BECS. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), BECS website (www.becs.gov.pk), and Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk). Interested firms/suppliers/vendors shall submit hard copies of their bids/proposals at the address below on or before September 14, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Firms may apply for one or more lots. Due to the current status of the Framework Agreement module in EPADS v2.0, procurement will be carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).
