The Ministry of Defence Production/DIPRA Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from Sales Tax Registered Firms and Suppliers who are active on the tax payer list for the supply of various items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Ministry of Defence Production/DIPRA located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Items being procured: - Stationery Items - Computer Related Stationery - General Store Items - Computer Items (Hardware & Software) - Lines & Wires (Purchase) The scope includes supply of these items as and when demanded by the Ministry throughout the financial year 2026-27. The firms must ensure the quality and authenticity of the brands quoted in their bids. Samples of items, where applicable, should be presented with the tender to ensure quality standards. The Ministry reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals prior to acceptance as per Public Procurement Rules. Eligibility criteria require firms to be Sales Tax Registered and active on the tax payer list. Bidders must submit a refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 500,000 as security in the name of DDO, Ministry of Defence Production/DIPRA. Bids must include valid GST Registration Number or NTN and comply with all government tax regulations. Firms must submit bids typed and no handwritten bids will be accepted. The last date for bid submission is 29th July 2026 by 1100 Hrs, with opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day at MODP. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening. The payment of bills will be subject to budget strategy and austerity measures issued by the Finance Division.
