Tender Description
The Ministry of Defence Production/DIPRA Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from Sales Tax Registered Firms and Suppliers listed on the active taxpayer list for the supply of various office and computer-related items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Ministry of Defence Production located in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Stationery Items (Annexure-A)
- Computer Related Stationery (Annexure-B)
- General Store Items (Annexure-C)
- Computer Items (Hardware & Software) (Annexure-D)
- Lines & Wires (Purchase) (Annexure-E)
The detailed list of items can be collected from DP-1 (Store) at the Ministry. The scope covers supply of these items as and when demanded throughout the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must ensure that the brands quoted are duly authenticated and samples of items, where applicable, should be presented with the tender. The successful bidder will be required to provide samples before contract execution and maintain consistent quality throughout the contract period.
Eligibility criteria include being a Sales Tax Registered Firm with valid GST Registration Number or NTN, and submission of a refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 500,000 as security in the name of DDO, Ministry of Defence Production/DIPRA. Bids must be sealed, typed, and submitted by the deadline. Late or incomplete bids, or those without Demand Draft or GST details, will be rejected.
The tender closing date is 29th July 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with bid opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day at the Ministry of Defence Production/DIPRA office in Rawalpindi. Bidders should note that the Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules. Payment will be subject to budgetary and austerity measures by the Finance Division.
