Tender Description
The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development Islamabad invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement is for supply of stationery, miscellaneous items, IT equipment, and toners for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The firms must have at least ten years of experience in supplying stationery, non-stationery, miscellaneous items, and toners to government ministries and departments.

Bidders can obtain bidding documents containing terms and conditions free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS. For registration and training on EPADS or in case of technical difficulties, prospective bidders may contact the Ministry at 1st Floor, FBC building sector G-5/2, Islamabad, phone number 051-111-137-237.
Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS by 07-09-2026 (Monday) at 02:30 p.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 p.m. Sealed hard copies must also be submitted for record and must reach the undersigned by 02:30 p.m. on 07-09-2026. Earnest money in favor of DDO, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development Islamabad must also be submitted.

The Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and to increase or decrease the number of items as per PPRA rules.
