Supply of Stationery, Printing, Computer Stationery, Transport, Hardware and Related Items for Mines & Minerals Punjab

The Mines & Minerals Punjab department invites bids through an E-Procurement System on a lot basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. The bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedures with contracts awarded separately for each lot. Items being procured: - A03901 Stationery (Rs. 1,500,000) - A03902 Printing & Publication (Rs. 1,000,000) - A03955 Computer Stationery (Rs. 2,200,000) - A03970 Others (Rs. 1,600,000) - A03942 Cost Of Other Store (Rs. 2,200,000) - A13001 Transport (Rs. 2,000,000) - A03807 P.O.L. charges (Lubricants/Mobil Oil) (Rs. 1,000,000) - A13701 Hardware (Rs. 1,000,000) Bidders must submit a digital Bid Security instrument equal to 5% of the estimated cost and a Performance Guarantee of 7% of the approved rate, both verified on the Punjab E-Procurement system. Tender documents are free of cost and available online at the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement portal. The complete bid must be submitted online by 15 October 2026 till 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Late submissions will not be accepted. Technical samples or brochures for each item are mandatory and will be evaluated. Eligible bidders must have valid Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Sales Tax registration certificates and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must not be declared ineligible for corrupt or fraudulent practices by any government or public sector organization. Offers remain valid for 90 days from tender opening. E-Bid validity extends to the close of the financial year 30 June 2027. Bidders may participate in single or multiple lots but must quote rates for all items in the lot/package. Failure to quote rates for any item will render the bid non-responsive. The lowest evaluated bidder will be selected based on the cumulative quoted rate per lot. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The department is not responsible for any problems with bid submission on the E-Procurement portal.
