Bahria University Islamabad H-11 Campus is procuring a comprehensive range of stationery, printing papers, cleaning materials, and toner cartridges through a Rate Running Contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad H-11 Campus and includes a detailed list of items such as attendance registers, ball pens, box files, correction tapes, calculators, various types of paper, cleaning agents, air fresheners, dusters, and multiple types of toner cartridges including original HP and compatible brands. The technical scope covers supply and delivery of these items as per the specifications and samples available at the Procurement Office. The contract will be awarded based on a single stage one envelope bidding procedure with bids submitted electronically via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract includes a one-year defect liability period during which any defective items must be replaced promptly at no cost to the university. They must provide National Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, income tax clearance, audited financial statements, and an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any government organization. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR or pay order is required. The bids must be valid for one year from the closing date.
