Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from GST registered firms and suppliers who are also registered with Pakistan Navy and professional tax payers for the supply of stationery items, text books, and geometrical instruments. This procurement is specifically for the Pakistan Navy located in Karachi, Sindh. The scope includes a variety of stationery and educational materials essential for official use, including but not limited to writing materials, textbooks, and precision geometrical tools.
Interested bidders must ensure they are registered with the relevant tax authorities and Pakistan Navy to be eligible. The procurement requires submission of earnest money in the form of a pay order amounting to Rs.3000/- as a non-refundable fee for obtaining tender documents. The technical bid should be prepared carefully, reflecting compliance with all specifications and registration requirements. Experience in supplying similar items to government or defense departments will be advantageous.
Tender documents can be obtained during working days from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM from the Officer Incharge Stationery at PNS Bahadur, National Stadium Road, Karachi. The last date for submission of quotations is 30th April 2026 by 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled at 10:30 AM on the same day. All submissions must be delivered to the undersigned at the specified address.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the pay order for the tender documents is prepared in advance and that all registration certificates including GST and professional tax are valid and attached with the bid. This will avoid disqualification on technical grounds and streamline the evaluation process. Meeting the submission deadline is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
