Supply of Steel Plate (Top Plate) for Locomotive Rehabilitation

Pakistan Railways Locomotive Rehabilitation Directorate Lahore invites sealed bids from OEM or eligible contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department and CCP Office. Items being procured: - Steel Plate (Top Plate) Size 30"x18"x32 mm, Specification B50E124A / ASTM572-GRD50 or Equivalent Specifications, Quantity 108 Nos. Firms must provide 02 samples with the technical bid; otherwise, the offer will be rejected. The technical scope involves supplying high-quality steel plates meeting specified standards suitable for locomotive top plate replacement or repair. The site of delivery and inspection is Lahore, under the supervision of the Locomotive Rehabilitation Directorate. Eligible bidders must be OEM or registered contractors with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, CCP compliance, and demonstrate adequate past relevant experience and financial capability. The bidding procedure is Single Stage One Envelope through E-Pads. The bid submission closing date is Monday, 17th August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day, both through E-Pads.
