Supply of Stores, Equipment and Services by Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites bids for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in Duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The Technical Offer must include documents such as Bank Challan, DP-1, DP-2, DP-3 Forms, Manufacturer Authorization Letter, Price List, DRAP registration letter (if medical), DGDP Registration Letter, Tax Proof, and Affidavit of provisional registration. Earnest Money must be submitted separately as per the specified rates depending on firm registration status. The Commercial Offer should contain the firm's commercial offer, principal invoice, and duly filled DP-2 Form. Eligibility criteria include registration with DGDP, compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024), and submission of all required documents. The tender validity period is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening or 30th June, whichever is later. Tender documents must reach the Directorate by the specified date and time in Form DP-2. Late submissions will not be entertained. Tender opening will be conducted as per schedule with legitimate representatives allowed to attend.
