Supply of Stores, Equipment and Services by Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites qualified firms to tender for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender process requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in Duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The Technical Offer must include documents such as Bank Challan, DP-1 and DP-2 Forms of IT, Annexes A, B & C, Manufacturer Authorization Letter, Price List, DRAP registration letter (if medical), DGDP Registration Letter, Tax Filing Proof, and Affidavit of provisional registration. Firms must be registered or willing to register with DGDP and comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024). Earnest Money must be submitted separately as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi. The tender validity period is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. Tender documents must reach the Directorate by the specified date and time. Only legitimate and registered representatives are allowed to attend the tender opening. Late submissions will not be entertained. Joint inspection will be conducted by relevant authorities including Pakistan Navy.
