Items being procured: - Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4) 96-98% Pure, Quantity: 30 MT The technical offer must include detailed specifications, literature, brochures, validity date, delivery schedule, and a signed undertaking. A bid money of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order must accompany the technical offer. Commercial offers should state price, payment terms, and mode of supply. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Commercial quotations. The supply must conform to the specifications provided in the tender schedule. An advance sample of 1 Kg is required with the technical offer. A valid NOC from the Ministry of Narcotics must be attached. The firm must provide a test report with each supply and bring a pump and acid-resistant rubber hose pipe approximately 60 feet long. The internal diameter of the hose pipe must be 32 mm to fit the WBM pump. Firm representatives must use necessary safety equipment and PPEs during unloading. Delivery will be completed by 31-12-2026 with partial supplies allowed as per user section requirements. Containers must arrive before 10 am, and supply on Fridays or holidays is not allowed unless requested by WBM. The firm must ensure all safety measures and have the required NOC.
