Supply of Sweet Water Tankers for HVAC, Cooling System, Power Generation, Boiler and Domestic Purpose at LMT

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites bids for the supply of Sweet Water Tankers intended for HVAC, Cooling System, Power Generation, Boiler and Domestic purposes at LMT for the period from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited, a major energy sector entity based in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Sweet Water Tankers for HVAC - Sweet Water Tankers for Cooling System - Sweet Water Tankers for Power Generation - Sweet Water Tankers for Boiler - Sweet Water Tankers for Domestic Purpose The scope of this tender includes the supply of specialized water tankers designed to meet the operational needs of HVAC systems, cooling units, power generation plants, boilers, and domestic water requirements at LMT. The tankers must comply with quality standards suitable for these technical applications and be delivered within the stipulated contract period. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, suppliers, or contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities. Valid NTN, GST, Provincial Sales Tax Certificates (where applicable), and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative are mandatory. Vendors should be active taxpayers and registered on the SAP Ariba Portal to participate. Tender documents can be collected and submitted through SAP Ariba from 27.07.2026 to 11.08.2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 11.08.2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:00 PM onwards. Note that commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only.
