Supply of Tetra Pack Milk & Yogurt and Tea & Tea Bags / Coffee for Pakistan Railway Network

Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO) invites sealed tenders from firms and vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are also active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for supply of goods to the Pakistan Railway Network in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Tetra Pack Milk & Yogurt with an estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000/- and bid security of Rs. 200,000/- - Tea & Tea Bags / Coffee with an estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000/- and bid security of Rs. 200,000/- Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from REDAMCO's office during working hours or downloaded from www.redamco.com. Sealed bids for each product must be marked at the top right corner and include sealed Technical and Financial Bids. These must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of REDAMCO as bid processing fees. The bids must be submitted by 02:30 PM on 15th September 2026 and will be opened at 03:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The bidding will be conducted through Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended). REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids without incurring liability. Incomplete or conditional bids without specified bid security will be rejected. No negotiations will be entertained after submission. The accepted amount will be subject to a 10% annual increase as specified. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration with FBR and ATL status. Earnest Money in the form of bid security is mandatory. One practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare both technical and financial bids as per instructions and submit them well before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to late submission or incomplete documentation.
