Supply of Tranquilizer Weapon Accessories and Other Items for Karachi Zoo, Recreation, KMC 2026-27

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites reputable firms to submit bids for the supply of tranquilizer weapon accessories and other related items for the Karachi Zoo, Recreation, KMC for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Finance & Accounts Department, Contract Management Wing, Karachi, with the executing agency being the Senior Director (Zoo, Safari & Recreation), KMC located at Safari Park, University Road, Karachi. Items being procured: - Telinject Special Syringe S300 V (30 Nos) - Telinject Special Needle K1520 V (30 Nos) - Telinject Sealing Sleeves g000 (06 Packets of 50's) - CO2C3 Cartridge without thread 16gm. (05 Packets of 10 pcs) The scope includes supply of original, genuine, brand new tranquilizer weapon accessories sourced from authorized suppliers, along with medicines, disinfectants, and allied articles for animals housed at Karachi Zoo and Safari Parks. The contractor must ensure compliance with all technical specifications, quality standards, drug and weapon regulations, and municipal rules. The supply must be completed within 2 months from the date of commencement, with liquidated damages applicable at 0.1% per day up to 10% of the contract value for delays. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN, active FBR ATL status, sales tax registration, professional tax certificate, firm registration, and must submit bid security of 5% of estimated cost along with a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2,500. Bidders must have at least 3 years of relevant experience supplying similar items to government or semi-government organizations, with documentary evidence of work orders and completion certificates. Financial stability is required with audited financial statements and tax returns for the last 3 years. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh EPADS portal by 30-10-2026 at 3:00 p.m., with original bidding document fee pay order submitted physically to the Director (CMW) Finance & Accounts, KMC. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 p.m. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The KMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
