Procurement of Conference, Seminar, Workshop, and Symposium Services for Various Events in Sindh

The Directorate General Antiquities & Archaeology, Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of services related to various events including conferences, seminars, workshops, trainings, and symposia for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at organizing events across multiple divisions in Sindh including Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, and Larkana. Items being procured: - Sound system with transport including Hi-Fi Speakers, Audio Mixer, Power Amplifiers, Wireless Microphones, HDMI and AV cables for 18 days - SMD screen 10x10 (Indoor & Outdoor) with trussing and live feed for 18 days - Generators of 60 KVA, 100 KVA, and 150 KVA with fuel and transport for 18 days - Decoration services including tents, foam chairs, sofas, carpets, tables, rostrum, and other furnishings for 280 persons over 18 days - Decoration of indoor events with carpets, runners, tables, and VIP chairs for 18 days - Video recording and editing with live social media coverage using 4 cameras and OB van for 18 days - Photography and editing services for 18 days - Catering services including lunch for 200 persons and dinner for 50 persons over 18 days with specified menus - Refreshments including tea, coffee, snacks, and bottled water for 120 persons over 18 days - Advertising through streamers, banners, and standees (900 units) - Accommodation for 10 persons in one-star hotel category for 18 days - Hiring of security guards/helpers for 10 persons over 18 days - Vehicle rentals including Corolla Xli, Hi-Ace Van, Shahzore, and AC Coach with fuel and drivers for specified durations - Printing of invitation cards with envelopes, panaflexes, certificates, and framing of paintings/photographs - Supply of cultural items such as Ajrak (Mohen Jo Daro and standard designs), Sindhi Topi, Lungi, and Thari Shawl - Hiring of technical professionals including comperes, speakers, animators, graphic designers, video editors, exhibition curators, visual artists, and artisans The scope covers organizing events in various cities of Sindh divisions with a total estimated cost of Rs. 60.672 million. Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, STRN, and SRB registrations, comply with Sindh Public Procurement Rules, and meet detailed eligibility and evaluation criteria including experience, financial status, and technical capacity.
