Supply and Transportation of uPVC Pipes for BOOP Shagram Irrigation Channel Project

The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites qualified manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers to submit sealed quotations for the supply and transportation of uPVC pipes for the BOOP Shagram Irrigation Channel Project located in Torkhow, Upper Chitral. This procurement is managed by the AKRSP Regional Programme Office in Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - uPVC Pipe, B-Class, 18-inch (450 mm) Internal Diameter, Quantity: 888 Running Feet (RFT) The scope of work includes supply, loading, transportation, unloading, handling, and safe delivery of the pipes to the project site at BOOP Shagram Irrigation Channel, Torkhow Upper Chitral. The pipes must be manufactured from 100% virgin uPVC resin and comply with internationally recognized standards such as BS 3505, ISO 1452, DIN 8061/8062, PS 3051 or equivalent. This ensures durability and quality suitable for irrigation infrastructure. Interested bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects and submit all required technical and financial documents. A Bid Security equivalent to 2.5% of the total quoted amount is mandatory.
