Supply of Tree Type Plants for Faisalabad Forest Division

The Faisalabad Forest Division invites electronic bids (E-bids) on the e-Procurement System at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk for the supply of various tree type plants under the Replenishment Cost Budget and 1% Green Funds for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Supply of Tree Type Plants, 1320 Nos (Amaltas, Terminalia, Jakarand, Ulta Ashook, Gul-e-Nishter, Bakain, Neem, Bottle Brush, Kachnar & other suitable species) - Shrub Species, 6600 Nos (Black Ficus, Golden Ficus, Nreium Species, Jatrofa, Legestromia, Tecoma, Hibiscus, Merwa, Chanana, Chanani & other suitable species) - Supply of Tree Type Plants, 7430 Nos (Arjan, Pilkan, Bakain, Neem, White sirs, Black Sirs, Beri, Jaman, Amaltas, Kachnar, Sukhchain, Kiker, Cono carpus & other suitable species) - Shrub Species, 1450 Nos (Black Ficus, Golden Ficus, Nreium Species, Jatrofa, Legestromia, Hibiscus, Merwa, Chanana & other suitable species) The total estimated cost is Rs. 7,752,000. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA & PEC with code CE-10 & FC&R Department and have a professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation Department for the year 2026-27. Bids should be submitted online as per PPRA rules using the e-Procurement System. Earnest money in the form of a CDR of 5% of the estimated price must be delivered to the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Faisalabad Forest Division before bid closing.
