Tender Description
The Aircraft Manufacturing Factory Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra invites bids for the supply of TURCO 4215 NC-LT chemical as per detailed technical specifications. This procurement is specifically for the Directorate of Logistics 751-A at PAC Kamra, located in Kamra city, Punjab province. Items being procured:
- TURCO 4215 NC-LT chemical, Part No 34D/AMF-125, Quantity 200 KG
The chemical must meet strict quality standards including physical state as solid powder, white color, mild odor, pH between 8.5 and 9.5, complete solubility in water, and specified alkalinity levels. Vendors must provide shelf life certificates with lot numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, ensuring shelf life is greater than 75% at delivery. Certificates of Conformance, Analysis, MSDS, and third-party certification are mandatory at delivery. Proper OEM packing to protect against mechanical and climatic damage is required.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and STRN with copies, active status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), financial and technical capability, submission of bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR, and acceptance of 10% performance bank guarantee upon contract award. Firms blacklisted or with ongoing legal proceedings, or having allied firms participating, will be disqualified. Submission must be in sealed envelopes marked Technical Offer and Financial Offer as per instructions.
The tender closing date is 16 September 2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Late submissions will not be entertained. Offers must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Delivery period is within 90 days after contract signing. Payment terms include 100% payment after delivery and acceptance with 10% performance bank guarantee. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the single stage two envelope procedure and ensure all required documents and bid security are included to avoid disqualification.
