Tender Description
The Heavy Mechanical Complex in Taxila is procuring Two Way Air Hand Valves model QGS x 230 AFA, size HR-4 1/2 inch. This procurement is for 16 units of these valves, which are critical components for mechanical systems requiring precise air flow control. The tender follows a single stage, single envelope bidding procedure with a tender fee of Rs. 1,500. Bidders must submit their sealed bids on CFR basis and ensure delivery to the Admin Building by 1400 hours on the closing date, with public opening at 1430 hours on 23rd June 2026.
The technical scope requires suppliers to provide valves that meet the specified model and size, with strict adherence to quality and performance standards. The tender mandates a 2% bid security and submission of a letter of authorization if bidding as a local agent of a foreign principal. Offers from countries Israel and India will not be considered. The supplier must also provide a supply reference record for the quoted material.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and ATL, and experience in supplying similar mechanical components. The tender is issued by the Heavy Mechanical Complex, a government entity in Taxila, Punjab. Bidders should ensure their bids remain valid for at least 30 days and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents.
The submission deadline is strictly 23rd June 2026 by 1400 hours at the Heavy Mechanical Complex Admin Building. One practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the bid security and tender fee documents as non-compliance will lead to immediate rejection. Also, ensure all technical specifications and mandatory documents are complete to avoid disqualification.
