Supply of Tyres for Company Owned Vehicles

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the supply of tyres for its company owned vehicles based in Rawalpindi. This procurement is specifically for tyre tubes with flapper size 1200 x 24, quantity 18 sets, to be delivered at SNGPL Mandra PR Camp CV-25 near Mandra District Rawalpindi. The tyres must meet stringent technical specifications including traction rating A or above as per UTQG, speed and load index ratings as per vehicle category, tubeless design, and compliance with ETRTO standards. The manufacturing year of tyres should not be older than one year at delivery and must be procured from authorized dealers only. The useful life of tyres is fixed at four years. Bidders must be registered with FBR and hold valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for the current financial year. The bid must be submitted through EPADS only, accompanied by an original bid bond of Rs. 32,000, delivered to the Senior Officer Procurement at SNGPL Soan Camp Dhamyal Road, Rawalpindi before the closing time of 15:00 hours on 3rd June 2026. Bids will be publicly opened the same day at 15:30 hours. The offer should remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. It is essential to clearly mention GST rates and any exemptions in the bid.
