The procurement involves fabric strictly conforming to the approved sample specifications including ends per inch 90, picks per inch 64, warp count 35.17, weft count 38.40, warp composition Polyester 87.24% + Viscose 12.76%, and weft composition Polyester 84.45% + Viscose 15.55%. The fabric color/shade required is Grey Malaysia with a total required quantity of 5,000 meters to be delivered at Aitchison College, Lahore. Items being procured: - Uniform fabric 5,000 meters in Grey Malaysia shade Suppliers must provide samples/swatches for evaluation and approval before bulk supply. Quotations should include price per meter inclusive of all applicable taxes, total quoted price for 5,000 meters, confirmation of the required Grey Malaysia shade, delivery lead time, mode and terms of payment, and quotation validity period.
