Provision of Uniform Items for Special Students Winter and Summer Season 2026-27

The Government Higher Secondary School of Special Education for Hearing Impaired (HI) in Sheikhupura invites E-Bids from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered firms for the provision of uniform items for special students for the winter and summer seasons of the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Uniform kit for Winter (Lot No. 01) with an estimated cost of Rs. 22,00,000/- and bid security of Rs. 44,000/- - Uniform kit for Summer (Lot No. 02) with an estimated cost of Rs. 27,99,000/- and bid security of Rs. 55,980/- The procurement will follow a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://punjab.ep.gov.pk/) and the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/). However, the original hard copy of the Bid Security CDR must be submitted in favor of the Principal of the Government Higher Secondary School of Special Education for HI, Sheikhupura before the e-bid submission closing time. Failure to submit the original CDR will result in rejection of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before the issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties as per government rules. The bid validity period is six months from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals according to the evaluation criteria mentioned in the tender form at any time prior to acceptance.
