Tender Description
The Govt Special Education Center for HIC (Devolved) Madduki Road Jhang invites e-bids from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for the provision of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date).
Items being procured:
- Uniform items for special students (specific item list not provided in the notice).
Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 24,00,000/- (2.4 Million) with a bid security of PKR 120,000/- (One Lac Twenty Thousand) at 5% of the estimated cost. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a formal contract agreement before issuance of the supply order.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website. Bidders must be registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bid security must be submitted or transferred online as per the established procedure in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Unsuccessful bidders' bid security will be discharged or returned promptly but not later than the expiry of bid validity.
The e-bid submission deadline is October 13, 2026, till 9:00 am, with bid opening at 10:00 am on the same day. E-bid validity shall be six months from the publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to the evaluation criteria mentioned in the tender form.
