Supply of Summer and Winter Uniform Items for Students at Govt. Special Education Centre Taxila Rawalpindi

The Govt. Special Education Centre Taxila Rawalpindi invites bids from well reputed and financially sound firms or contractors for the supply of summer and winter uniform items for 201 enrolled students for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Summer uniform items - Winter uniform items The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope method through the ep.punjab portal (Punjab e-Procurement System). Bidders must be registered with ep.punjab, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax as General Order Suppliers. The tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and ep.punjab portal. The bid security CDR of Rs. 30,000/- must be submitted in favor of Govt. Special Education Centre Taxila Rawalpindi and uploaded on ep.punjab portal before the deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest rate offered bidder. Performance guarantee at 5% of the contract amount will be required after acceptance. E-Bids validity will be until 30th June 2027.
