A public sector organization in Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and potential suppliers registered with FBR having their own office with telephone number and sales tax registration number for the supply of various items on F.O.R basis as per tender documents. Items being procured: - uPVC Pipes 5 inch dia (D-Class), Half Belling - uPVC Pipes 5 inch dia (E-Class) along with Belled portion - Ion Exchange Resin Columns - Copper Sulphate (15 Ton) & Sodium Hydroxide (05 Ton) - Agitating Tank - M.S Pipe Casing - Liquid Carbon Dioxide (Qty 700 Ton) - Sodium Chloride (Qty 2500 Ton) - Coring Equipments & Accessories - HQWL Drilling Accessories - Non-Core Drilling Bits - Capital Equipments - Fully Automatic PVC Sloating Machine - Spares for Bourne Drilling Rig BR-1 - Fluid End Spares for Duplex Mud Pumps - Hydraulic Distributor of Fraste Drilling Rigs - Internally Fiberglass Lined M.S Columns The tender documents with detailed specifications and terms can be obtained on payment of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) per tender in the form of demand draft in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box No. 1, Dera Ghazi Khan. A 2% earnest money must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with the quotation as call deposit in favor of the same officer. All rates should be inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. The quotations must be received by 14:00 Hrs on the due date mentioned for each tender and will be opened at 14:30 Hrs on the same day in presence of participating suppliers. Quotations should be sent separately in sealed covers to Sr. Admin Officer (Proc), P.O Box No. 2, Dera Ghazi Khan via Registered Post/UMS or authorized courier. Tender numbers and due dates must be clearly marked on envelopes. Tender Nos. 03/26 to 17/26 follow single stage single envelope procedure, while 01/26 and 02/26 require single stage two envelope submission with technical and financial proposals separately marked as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Samples must be attached with technical proposals where required, otherwise quotations will not be considered. Financial bids for 01/26 and 02/26 will be opened on 28-10-2026 at 10:30 Hrs tentatively. Handwritten, unsigned or unstamped quotations will be rejected. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without reason. In case of holidays, the next working day will be considered.
