Eligibility criteria require valid NTN and sales tax registration certificates, valid MD CNIC of the firm, registration letters from DGDP and MoH, valid drug manufacturing license by DRAP, export/import license for foreign firms, and financial capability proof via DGDP letter or bank statement.
