Supply of Vegetable Seed and Maize Hybrid Seeds for Diamer and Astore Districts

The Directorate of Agriculture Extension Diamer-Astore Division invites sealed tenders from relevant suppliers and contractors for the supply of vegetable seed and maize hybrid seeds to the District Diamer and District Astore under the Chief Minister Initiative (Block Allocation) for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Vegetable Seed - Maize Hybrid Seeds Tender documents containing details of items with specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions are available from the date of publication during office hours at the office of the Director Agriculture Diamer-Astore Division Chilas upon payment of a tender document fee of Rs.10,000 in cash. The sealed quotations must reach the office by 19th October 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procurement requires only registered firms or suppliers with up-to-date renewal from relevant competent authorities to participate. Income tax and other duties will be deducted as per government rules. Supply orders will be issued based on fund availability, with quantities subject to increase or decrease. Quotations must be accompanied by a 3% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank or KCBL as bid security in favor of the Director Agriculture Diamer Astore Division. Unrealistic rates and incomplete bids will be rejected. The single stage one envelope procedure will be adopted under GB PPRA Rules. Bidders should ensure financial bids are submitted on their business letterheads, duly signed and stamped on all pages. In case of a public holiday on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
