Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) invites qualified suppliers and bidders to submit their tenders for the supply of various local purchase items on free delivery basis at KS&EW, Karachi. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding process requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Items being procured: - Welding Torch (1 unit as per attached specification) - Miscellaneous Hardware Items (as per attached specification) - Air Compressor (1 piece as per attached specification) - Fire Extinguisher (1 unit as per attached specification) - Welding Electrode (4000 Kgs as per attached specification) The technical scope includes supplying brand new, defect-free items conforming to KS&EW specifications with required certifications such as Mill Test Certificates (MTC), OEM Certificates of Conformity, and warranty guarantees. Delivery periods vary from 7 to 20 days after issuance of purchase orders. Supplier warranty of 12 months is mandatory alongside OEM warranty. Samples, technical brochures, and test certificates must accompany the bids where specified. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, earnest money deposits as specified in tender documents, and compliance with all tender instructions.
