Supply of X Ray, General Store, and Stationery Items for THQ Hospital Murree

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Murree invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for three independent lot-wise framework rate contracts under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The procurement is for the supply of medical and general items to THQ Hospital Murree located in Murree, Punjab. Items being procured: - Lot No. 1: X Ray and Related Items (Estimated value PKR 3,000,000) - Lot No. 2: General Store and Misc Items (Estimated value PKR 4,000,000) - Lot No. 3: Stationery Items (Estimated value PKR 2,000,000) Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors, or dealers for Lot No. 1. For Lots No. 2 and 3, bidders must be duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, or general order suppliers as applicable. Technical responsiveness, financial evaluation, and award will be determined separately for each lot according to the disclosed bidding documents. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot must be furnished in the prescribed form and manner. The bid submission deadline is 05/11/2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via the e-Punjab Procurement Portal at THQ Hospital Murree in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. Prices must include delivery to THQ Hospital Murree and applicable taxes. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
