Supply of Zinc Ingots 99.995% Purity to Wah Industries Limited Wah Cantt

Wah Brass Mill, a production unit of Wah Industries Limited located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the supply of Zinc Ingots with a minimum purity of 99.995% as per BS EN 1179:2003 LME Grade (Z 1). The procurement is based on CFR Karachi delivery terms with shipment preferably via Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) or other conference line vessels excluding Indian or Israeli flagged vessels. Items being procured: - Zinc Ingot 99.995% Minimum purity, Quantity: 250 Metric Tons, Delivery: 45 days after establishment of Letter of Credit (LC), CFR Karachi The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope method requiring separate Technical and Commercial offers. The Technical Offer must include detailed technical specifications, brochures, validity date, delivery schedule, and testimonials of relevant experience supplying Zinc or similar materials to POFs, Defence, or other sectors. The Commercial Offer should state price and payment terms. Bid Money of Rs 5 Million in the form of Pay Order is required with the Technical Offer as earnest money. Supplies will undergo Pre-Shipment Inspection by Wah Brass Mill officials and Third-Party Inspection by an internationally accredited agency such as SGS, Lloyd, or Bureau Veritas, with all related costs borne by the supplier. A 12-month warranty period is mandatory. Performance Bank Guarantee of 5% of CFR value is required within 15 days of LC issuance. Bids must reach the POF Bids Centre, Wah Cantt, by 1100 hours on 18-11-2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders may witness the tender opening at 1130 hours on the same day. Offers via email or fax are not accepted. Payment will be made through irrevocable LC with 90% payment on receipt of shipping documents and inspection certificates, and 10% on acceptance at WBM premises. Bidders are advised to carefully comply with all terms, especially delivery schedules and documentation requirements, to avoid disqualification.
