The Irrigation Department, through the Office of the Executive Engineer Drainage Division LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad, invites bids for the construction and completion of the Surface Drainage Scheme Deh 03 Dad Asgharabad UC Jamal Shah Taluka Daur Drainage Sub Division Daur District Shaheed Benazirabad (ADP No. 1065/2026-27). This project involves comprehensive civil works including construction of pumping stations powered by solar energy, installation of solar pumps, earthworks for leading channels and drains, construction of village road culverts, watercourse aqueducts, inlets, operator quarters, and provision of a 150 KVA generator. Items being procured: - Construction of Pumping Station on Solar Energy (02 Nos. Pumps) - Construction of Solar Plate Form for Solar Plates of Pumping Stations - Furnishing & Installation of Solar Pumps of 5.00 Cusecs (02 Nos. Pumps) - Making Direct Disposal Arrangement of Pumps for Pumping Station - Earthwork for Leading Channel / Drain (10 RDs) - Construction of Village Road Culvert over Leading Channel / Drain (02 Nos.) - Construction of Water Course Aqueduct Over Leading Channel / Drain (02 Nos.) - Construction of Inlets (05 Nos.) - Construction of Operator Quarter for Pumping Station - Providing & Fixing Generator 150 KVA The technical scope covers excavation, reinforced cement concrete works, fabrication and installation of steel reinforcements, masonry, plastering, electrical wiring, and installation of solar power equipment. The site is located near Bilawal Stadium Road, Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above and possess valid licenses up to June 2026. Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) with active status is mandatory. Bidders should have completed at least three similar works in the last five years, each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost, supported by completion certificates. A bid security of Rs. 8.742 Million in the form of a bank guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 19 October 2026 at 02:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Drainage Division LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
