Procurement of Surgical and Disposable Non-Quoted Items for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Sites

Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of surgical and disposable non-quoted items for its hospital sites for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement aims to establish a rate contract for supply of these items across SICHN sites in Karachi. Eligible bidders must hold valid registrations with relevant tax and regulatory authorities including DRAP for drug-related items. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS by December 23, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (approx. 2 million PKR). The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure under Rule-46(1). Delivery is expected within 30 working days after purchase order issuance. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted together with samples for evaluation. The lowest evaluated bidder will be awarded the contract.
