Procurement of Tablets, PAD, Color Printers and Internet Devices for Directorate General of Labour Welfare Punjab

The Directorate General of Labour Welfare Punjab invites E-Bids from well reputed firms and Government Contractors registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the ADP scheme titled 'Establishment of Elimination of Child Labour and Advocacy Unit (ECL&AU) in the Directorate General of Labour Welfare'. Items being procured: - Tablets/PAD - Color Printers - Internet devices The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding on the Punjab E-Procurement Authority's platform (EPADS) under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage – Double Envelope Procedure. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee/Security up to 3% of the work order amount in the form of a CDR in favor of the Project Director of the ADP scheme. This guarantee will be released after successful completion of work; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of the department. Bids will be received starting from 22 August 2026 via EPADS and will be opened on 09 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. The Project Director reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities under the lots and to cancel the tender before acceptance of any bid as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders should carefully read the bidding documents and comply with all terms and conditions. Clarifications can be sought through the E-Pads portal within the stipulated time.
