Tender Description
Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage – Two Envelopes Procedure for the procurement of lab equipment for the Departments of Biochemistry, Physics, Zoology and Computer Science under various projects. Eligible firms registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR, etc.) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are invited to participate.
Items being procured:
- Lab Equipment for Department of Biochemistry (NRPU Project #114774-38)
- Lab Equipment for Department of Physics (NRPU Project #20-140245-75)
- Lab Equipment for Department of Computer Science (NRPU Project #20-133907-37)
- Lab Equipment for Department of Zoology (under ITT project no. DGST/BSTICE/ITT C2/2025-26-2576)
- Lab Equipment for Department of Physics under PMU, HED Project (Project ID #: HEREF 3115)
The procurement involves supply of specialized laboratory equipment to support research and academic activities. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Bids through the EPADS portal. A Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the quoted bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in favor of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan is mandatory. Tender documents must be accompanied by a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 2,000 as a non-refundable tender fee.
All tender applications must be submitted via EPADS by the firms. The Demand Draft/Pay Order for the tender fee and the 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office. Scanned copies must also be uploaded on EPADS along with the bid.
The bid submission deadline is on 15-09-2026 at 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for Biochemistry, 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM for Physics, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM for Computer Science, 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM for Zoology, and 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for Physics under PMU, HED Project.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission guidelines and ensure timely physical submission of required documents to avoid disqualification.
