Tender for Technical Civil and Electrical Maintenance Works in the Area of Responsibility of CMES P-09

Applications are invited by the Military Engineer Services (MES) for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various technical civil and electrical maintenance works in the Area of Responsibility (AoR) of CMES P-09, P-10, and P-11 Gar. The tender invites bids for the following works: - TC (Except Decoration) Building & Roads (B&R) in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC (Decoration) B&R in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC External Electric Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Internal Electric E&M in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Internal / External Water Supply & Sui Gas in the AoR of P-09 & P-10 Gar - TC Internal / External Water Supply in the AoR of P-11 Gar - TC External Water Supply in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Repair / Rewinding of Pump Motors in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Filter Plants in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Sui Gas in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar - TC Bazar Supply B&R / E&M in the AoR of P-09, P-10 & P-11 Gar The scope includes technical civil works, electrical and mechanical maintenance, water supply, gas supply, pump motor repairs, and filter plant maintenance across the specified areas. Firms must be on the approved MES list "D" or have equivalent government department experience. Valid registration certificates from the Pakistan Engineering Council and bank statements are mandatory. Financial standing, staff details, tools, and previous experience must be documented and attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer. Contractors not on the MES approved list must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost as standing security in the form of FDR or call deposit pledged to CMES (SFS) Petaro. This amount is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or does not secure the contract. The pre-qualification application deadline is 13 October 2026 by 1500 hours. Tender submissions by pre-qualified firms are due by 1130 hours on 21 October 2026, with opening at 1130 hours the same day. The CMES P-09 reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their applications with complete and accurate information on the prescribed proforma to avoid disqualification. Ensuring timely submission and compliance with all registration and financial requirements will improve chances of successful qualification.
