Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the construction of 2x3 duct lines with manholes at various locations under the jurisdiction of IESCO Islamabad. This tender includes multiple lots covering different stretches such as from 9th Avenue to Street 28, Ravi Road (Part-II), G-8/3 to PIMS Cancer Hospital, Sangrur Highway to Joti Center, G-8/4 to Jehlum Road G-8/1, Jamia Masjid G-8 Markaz, and others. The estimated cost for these works ranges around Rs. 14 million per lot.
Items being procured:
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from 9th Avenue to Street 28 (Part-I)
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/2 to Ravi Road (Part-II)
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/3 to PIMS Cancer Hospital (Part-III)
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from Sangrur Highway to Joti Center (Part-IV)
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/4 to Jehlum Road G-8/1 (Part-V)
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from Jamia Masjid G-8 Markaz (Part-VI)
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8 Markaz to Cancer Hospital (Part-VII)
The scope includes civil construction of duct lines and manholes as per IESCO standards. The works are to be executed under the jurisdiction of IESCO Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require firms/company participation independently or as joint ventures with PEC registration in the relevant category and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee amounting to 2.5% of the BOQ cost is mandatory. The financial capacity of bidders will be assessed based on net worth, average annual turnover, and cash flow statements for the last three financial years.
Bids must be submitted by 07-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. The tender follows a Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders should upload mandatory documents on the e-procurement system (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk) and submit the original documents as per instructions. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
