Tender Description
The Directorate of Works and Implementation, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the establishment and consultancy services related to a sports stadium at District Chitral Upper. This tender is specifically for the establishment of the sports stadium and the design and supervision consultancy services for the same project.

- Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of the Project "Establishment of Sports Stadium at District Chitral Upper" (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6.77 Million)
The project requires firms and contractors with valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C3 and above for the construction work. Consultancy firms must have valid registration with PEC and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have relevant experience. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014.
Bidders must submit bids including Technical Bid, Financial Bid, CDR, and additional security if applicable, through the E-PADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) by 14th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM respectively. Earnest money at 2% of the engineer's estimate is required. Joint ventures are not accepted. The successful bidder must sign a formal contract agreement within the stipulated time.
The tender emphasizes compliance with all KPPRA rules, submission of fresh affidavits, and responsibility for structural stability and safety. Bids will be valid for ninety days. In case of public holidays on submission dates, the deadline will be extended to the next working day.
