Term Contracts for Various Repair and Maintenance Works at Kharian Cantt by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for term contracts involving various repair and maintenance works at Kharian Cantt. The works include term contracts for Artificer works including minor works, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of residential and non-residential accommodation; internal and external electrical, water and B&R works; repair, maintenance, renovation and improvement works; repair and maintenance of external electrical and water supply services; repair and renovation of POL works; supply of bazar electrical and mechanical and B&R items; repair and maintenance and upgrading of roads and footpaths; and roof treatment of miscellaneous works. Items being procured: - Term Contract for Artificer works including minor works, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of residential/non-residential accommodation - Term Contract for Internal/External Electric, Water and B&R works of various residential/non-residential accommodation - Repair, Maintenance, Renovation, Improvement Works - Repair and Maintenance of External Electrical and Water Supply Services - Repair and Renovation of POL Works - Bazar Supply of Electrical & Mechanical and B&R Items - Repair, Maintenance, Upgrading of Road and Footpath - Repair, Maintenance, Roof Treatment of Miscellaneous Works The contractors must submit applications to CMES (Army) Kharian Cantt along with complete credentials. Only firms with sufficient experience and prequalification in MES categories A, B, C, and D will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide proof of registration. Contractors involved in litigation or with outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation will be disqualified. The tender submission deadline is 08 October 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors are advised to ensure all documentation and certifications are complete to avoid disqualification. Presence at tender opening is allowed for interested contractors.
