The contracts are based on the MES Schedule of rates 2025 amended up to date, including all taxes, with each contract valued at Rs. 4.00 million approximately. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC, possess a valid FBR Active Taxpayer List certificate, and demonstrate relevant experience in similar works.
