Contractors must have sufficient experience and meet the eligibility criteria including registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlistment with MES in categories A, B, C, D & E. Firms must submit complete credentials and demonstrate relevant past work experience. Tender documents will only be issued to prequalified contractors.
