Hiring of Third-Party Audit Firm for Financial Audit of PAVE Scheme

The Engineering Development Board (EDB) Islamabad invites reputable national and international financial audit firms to submit sealed proposals for the hiring of a third-party audit firm to conduct the financial audit of the PAVE Scheme. This procurement is managed by the Engineering Development Board (EDB) located at EDB Complex, Building 5-A, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Financial audit services for PAVE Program The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive financial audit of the PAVE Scheme in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToRs) and evaluation matrix provided in the bidding documents. The audit firm must comply with the detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements outlined in the e-bidding documents available on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) and the EDB and PPRA websites. Eligible bidders must be registered financial audit firms with proven experience in conducting audits for government or large-scale development projects.
