Procurement of Tooling Items on FOR Basis as per Annexure A

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, and firms for procurement of tooling items on FOR basis. The procurement is being managed through the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila, under the applicable PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Bidders should study the Standard Bidding Document and Annexure A carefully before preparing their offers. Mandatory item and lot information is as follows: Tender No. 0446/2026-27/IT-6203/FOR-A DESCOM/SCM; Item or lot 1, Procurement of Tooling Items on FOR Basis; nomenclature detail as per Annexure A; A/U and quantity as per Annexure A. The notice indicates a delivery period of 45 days after signing of the contract. No individual tooling specifications, quantities, or technical descriptions are reproduced in the notice, so the complete Annexure A must be obtained and reviewed before pricing. Eligible bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The submission checklist requires registration, pre-qualification, or indexation evidence where available; attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates; audited accounts for the last three financial years; an attested bank statement for the last year; the CEO or Director CNIC; evidence of the trade link with the OEM for distributors or agents; and a judicial-stamp-paper certificate confirming that the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred. Documentary evidence of relevant government or semi-government contracts and work experience from the last three financial years is also required. A postal order of **Rs 2,000** must accompany the Technical Bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila, by **01 September 2026 at 1030 hours**. Bids will be opened on the same date at **1100 hours**.
