Procurement of Tools and Store Items for MTI

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, and firms for the procurement of tools and store items required for MTI. Procurement will be conducted under applicable PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules, in accordance with the Standard Bidding Document and the eligibility requirements stated therein. Mandatory item or lot list: Sr. 1, Tender No. IT-7860, nomenclature Procurement of Tools and Store Items for MTI, A/U As Per Annexure A, quantity As Per Annexure A, and delivery period 01 month after signing of the contract. Detailed specifications, technical requirements, and the complete item schedule are contained in Annexure A and the tender documents. The notice does not print individual quantities or unit rates, so bidders must obtain and review the relevant annexure before preparing their offers. Eligible bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The submission checklist requires registration, pre-qualification, or indexation evidence where available; an attested Sales Tax certificate and NTN certificate; audited accounts for the last three financial years; an attested bank statement for the previous year; an attested CNIC of the chief executive or director; evidence of trade linkage with the OEM for distributors or agents; and a judicial-paper certificate confirming that the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred. Documentary evidence of relevant contracts or government and semi-government work executed during the last three financial years is also required. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted in sealed form with a postal order of **Rs. 2,000** enclosed with the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
