Procurement of Transactions Monitoring, Sanctions, PEP Screening Software Solution & Lists

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring a comprehensive software solution for Transactions Monitoring, Sanctions, and PEP Screening bundled with Know Your Customer (KYC) modules. This procurement covers supply, installation, customization, configuration, implementation, tuning, optimization, maintenance, and support for three years of the entire system including automated transaction monitoring and screening solutions. The technical scope includes an end-to-end targeted financial sanction screening solution to strengthen AML, CFT, and CPF regimes. The solution must integrate with the bank's existing systems and comply with SBP and other regulatory requirements. It includes automated transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening databases, KYC modules, case management, risk scoring, and reporting features. The system must support virtual asset service providers, provide 24/7 support, and ensure data security with encryption and role-based access control. Eligibility requires bidders to have at least five years of existence in Pakistan, FBR registration, and proven experience in implementing similar solutions in banks or financial institutions in Pakistan. Bidders must have a technical team of at least three certified resources from the OEM and submit affidavits of not being blacklisted. The bid security is PKR 1,500,000 for each lot. The submission deadline is Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
