Construction and Establishment of Transport Complex at GT Road Peshawar (Own Sources) (Revised)

The Communication and Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Mega Projects) Division-I, Peshawar, invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the procurement process for the construction and establishment of a Transport Complex at GT Road, Peshawar. This project is being executed from own sources and is a revised scheme under ADP No.2463/200077. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialization. The bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA procurement rules 2014. The required PEC category is C-1 & above with specialized codes as detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit a bid security of 21.340 million PKR and a bidding entry fee of 0.320 million PKR. The period of completion will be as per the work order issued by the department. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, and all necessary equipment and personnel. All documents must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system, and a hard copy of the technical bid must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the deadline. The last date for submission is 2nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The date for opening of the financial bid will be announced after the approval of the technical bid by the competent authority.
