Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles of sizes 31 feet, 36 feet, and 45 feet from designated pole plants to the MEPCO (OP) Division Pakpattan. This tender is specifically for the MEPCO Division Pakpattan under MEPCO (OP) Circle Sahiwal. Items being procured: - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 36 feet - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / Spun Poles 45 feet - Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of LT PCC / Spun Poles 31 feet Designated Pole Plants include: 1 Kacha Khuh Pole Plant 2 Jahanian Pole Plant 3 Vision Pole Plant Bhai-Pharu 4 Jhang Pole Plant 5 Lodhran Pole Plant 6 Shah Kot Pole Plant 7 Chiniot Pole Plant 8 132-KV Grid Station Noor Pur 9 Global Sahiwal / ZHN Pole Plant Okara 10 ZHN Pole Plant Okara Dipalpur 11 Sadhoki 12 Kanjwani Pole Plant 13 Junaid Maraka Pole Plant 14 Athara Hazari Pole Plant 15 Jampur Grid Pole Plant 16 Nimbus Pole Plant Sakhi Sarwar 17 ANN Global Pole Plant Sahiwal 18 Sadiqabad Pole Plant 19 Unze Traders Sahianwala FSD Pole Plant The scope includes safe transportation and erection of poles at the site MEPCO Division Pakpattan. The poles will be provided by MEPCO from specified P.C Poles Plants. Bidders must be registered or renewed firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) meeting the eligibility criteria including PEC Category C6 without hyphen with a financial limit of PKR 25 Million, updated registration, specialized codes CE-10 (Civil works), EE-04 (Low Voltage Installation), EE-05 (High Voltage Installation), minimum 5 PCP points, at least one PEC registered engineer attached to the firm, and valid PEC registration certificate attached with the bid. Bid security of Rs. 60000 is required in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bid security must be valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. Bids must be submitted on or before the deadline at the office of the Executive Engineer (OP) Division Pakpattan. Electronic bids will be received only via EPMS portal. Tender validity is 90 days after opening. The tender submission deadline is **12-11-2026 at 11:00 Hrs** with bid opening at 11:30 Hrs the same day. Interested bidders should ensure their bids are firm and unconditional. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and specialized codes are fully updated and attach all required documentation to avoid disqualification. Also, register on EPMS portal well in advance to avoid last-minute submission issues.
