Tube Welder for Blood Bank at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS)

The Purchase Department of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad Capital Territory, is procuring a Tube Welder for its Blood Bank. It should support welding in wet to wet, wet to dry, and dry to dry modes. An audio-visual alarm for welding completion and tube placement error is required. The supplier must have a service workshop in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with adequate engineering services and spare parts. A two-year warranty with parts is mandatory from the date of installation. The equipment must be FDA approved and/or CE marked. Two local references are required. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN registration, FBR active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting affidavit, certification by FDA or CE, and sole authorized dealer status.
